In a world that was already in a state of change and disruption prior to the Covid-19 crisis, the need for adjustment and renewal for the new normal amplified by the Covid pandemic is genuine now for both individuals and organizations.
One real opportunity from any crises, and in particular from this challenging pandemic is the possibility to reflect, strategize, and make new choices that could facilitate renewal and even better possibilities. To do that, at the personal level, we need the right tools and methods that could clarify direction, focus, and resolve for us.
At the same token, organizations need an ecosystem to support their developments and growth. For example, creating and scaling-up an organization requires capital, workforce, supplies, distribution; but more importantly, it will need intelligent tools for leading and managing.
I have created a value-based framework for cutting through the uncertainty, clarifying purpose, creating alignment, and maintaining commitment that can be utilized at the personal or organizational level. Without purpose, no meaning. Without passion, no focus. And without persistence, no final result — in other words, no execution.
The Wheel of Impact is a tool for planning, execution, and measurement. Applied rightly and determinedly, the tool can indeed propel efficient progress and effective growth for individuals and organizations.
